Calday Grange Grammar School is a larger than average secondary school. It converted to academy
status in January 2013.

The proportion of pupils who have special educational needs is lower than the national average. The school does not use any alternative educational provision. The school meets the government's current floor standards, which set the minimum expectations for
pupils' attainment and progress.
