About the Role

Isolation and Intervention SupervisorSingle Status Grade 5 Actual Salary approx: £15, 830.00

Educating young people can be one of the hardest jobs there is. Trying to educate the most vulnerable, at the point when they are pushing the other adults in their lives away, is the hardest part of a very hard job.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference to young people's lives.The right person for this job will know that young people need clear boundaries and high expectations. They will be good at talking to teenagers, but no push-over.

The job will mean working with students after they have done something wrong, helping them to accept the consequences of their actions and getting them ready to return to lessons ready to succeed.
